Kyle and Ez, our Principal Consultants, served as CFO and COO of national recruitment agencies. Whilst in these roles, they recognised a need for management consultants that specialised in the recruitment industry. So they joined forces in 2022 and launched KBFC, a management consulting firm, dedicated to providing agencies with practical, hands on advice across Finance, Operations, People, Sales & Marketing. With over 25 years of experience across management, process improvement, and risk mitigation, they’ve successfully consulted to over 200 agencies, and managed total revenue in excess of $500 million.
At KBFC, we bring extensive recruitment business knowledge, marketing expertise, and operational insights to the agencies we work with. Our mission is to simplify intricate concepts and offer clear guidance to our clients.
